Chad Wm. Schulze represents plaintiffs in cases involving catastrophic injuries and loss due to medical malpractice, trucking collisions, motor vehicle collisions and employment discrimination. Mr. Schulze has been successful in obtaining millions of dollars of recovery for the injuries his clients have sustained. Mr. Schulze is experienced in federal and state litigation including injunctions, discovery, motion practice, trials, arbitration and mediation. His appellate practice has included multiple successful writs of prohibition and mandamus. He is active in litigation involving mass product liability claims against drug manufacturers, including claims against the manufacturer of Vioxx. Mr. Schulze is a 2002 graduate of Hamline University School of Law.
Mr. Schulze was designated as a 2006 & 2007 Minnesota Rising Star by Minnesota Law & Politics magazine. Minnesota Rising Stars are recognized as the top 2.5% of up-and-coming lawyers who are under 40 years old, or are over 40 but have been practicing law for ten or fewer years.
Mr. Schulze's most recent work has involved a successful challenge to the constitutionality of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention Consumer Protection Act of 2005 provisions on debt relief agencies and limitations on the right of clients to obtain truthful legal opinions.
