Lee Keller has practiced in Minnesota's workers' compensation system for 21 years. He has represented employees, employers, insurers and interveners in workers' compensation and employment matters. Lee knows how to achieve results for his clients
Mr. Keller has lectured at Continuing Legal Education seminars and client presentations on topics including the Americans with Disabilities Act and its interplay with Minnesota workers' compensation claims, the evolving Minnesota workers' compensation law, and ending the employment relationship.
Mr. Keller has successfully represented clients in hundreds of cases before the Office of Administrative Hearings, the Department of Labor and Industry, the Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals and the Minnesota Supreme Court. Lee is skilled in resolving disputes and often uses mediation as a tool to arrive at early and fair settlements.
Lee is actively involved in non-profit organizations devoted to improving the lives of people with disabilities and their families. Lee and his wife, Sue Abderholden, are the parents of two daughters.
