Mr. Levine is lead attorney in the criminal defense department at Milavetz, Gallop & Milavetz, P.A.  In that capacity, Mr. Levine represents clients who are charged in state court with any type of crime, which includes midemeanors, gross misdemeanors and felonies.  Mr. Levine's representation of clients in these cases is on a flat fee basis.  Mr. Levine has represented clients throughout the State of Minnesota. 

In addition, Mr. Levine works in the firm's workers' compensation and bankruptcy departments.  Mr. Levine represents injured workers throughout the state.  These cases involve litigation involving multiple injuries, mutliple employees and injuries to all body parts.  We are involved in a variety of cases dealing with issues that concern the past, the present and the future of workers' compensation benefits.

The representation we provide on workers compensation cases is on a contingent fee basis so we do not receive a fee unless we recover benefits on behalf of the injured worker.

Mr. Levine represents bankruptcy consumers in filing for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy.
