Mr. Levine has been with Milavetz, Gallop & Milavetz for 25 years. He is the lead attorney in the firms Workers Compensation department and represents injured and deceased workers and their families throughout the state. These cases involve settlements and trials for workers who have sustained significant and/or multiple injuries, payment of medical bills, and recovery of wage benefits.
