Dale Zillhart

Dale Zillhart has over 25 years’ experience working as a personal injury paralegal in all areas of personal injury including automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents and premises liability. Dale enjoys client contact, assists attorneys in the preparation of no-fault arbitrations and assists clients claiming and obtaining all their no-fault benefits. A native of Minnesota, Dale graduated from Winona State University with a four-year Paralegal B.S. degree. The paralegal program at Winona State was an ABA-approved school. One of the requirements for ABA approval was that all legal classes must be taught by an actively practicing attorney.

Dale and his wife Mary enjoy being Companion Couples for St. Joseph The Worker Church. Couples who want to get married by the church must meet with a Companion Couple prior to marriage. Discussion with the couple involves all aspects of marriage. Dale and his wife have met with over 10 couples in five years. Dale’s leisure activities include traveling, reading, history, Sudoku and doing activities with his family.
