Prior to joining our firm, Katie worked as an independent contractor paralegal for a solo attorney in the areas of personal injury, civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution. At Milavetz Injury Law, P.A., Katie assists attorney Gregory Malush in all areas of personal injury including automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, product liability, dog bites and other injury claims.
Katie is compassionate and greatly enjoys working with clients throughout the legal process of their case. She keeps in regular contact with clients, adjusters and medical providers and also orders police reports, medical records, billing statements and other documents to help move cases forward. Katie also helps clients get their no-fault benefits, including claims for wage loss and replacement services.
