Melissa Majewski has over seven years of experience working as a paralegal in bankruptcy, family law, criminal, grandparent rights, social security and mass torts/product liability. Melissa is compassionate and has great organizational skills. She enjoys assisting our attorneys while working with our clients throughout the legal process of their case.
Melissa’s job duties include but not limited to:
- Filing motions
- Drafting motions
- Preparing for hearings
- Interviewing clients on their cases

- Trial software, MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, MNCIS E-File for State and Federal, Westlaw, Lexis/Nexis, CaseMap, PACER, ODYSSEY, Doc.Link, DROPBOX,
- Knowledge of local, state and federal laws, interview techniques and practices of legal communication
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Melissa’s leisure actives include fishing, playing bingo, watching the Minnesota Wild hockey games, and spending time with friends, family and husband.
